Honey Fried Napa Cabbage

Honey Fried Napa Cabbage is a delicious crowd pleaser that will leave dinner guests wanting more.

You will need:
  • 3 cups Napa cabbage, chopped
  • 6 straw mushrooms, halved (soaked and drained)
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Add onion and garlic, stirring constantly for 1 to 2 minutes.

  3. Add cabbage and honey, stir well. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.

  4. Add straw mushrooms and vegetable stock.

  5. Cook over high heat until stock is almost evaporated.

  6. Remove from heat and serve.
